Biography

A graduate of the Chambre Syndicale de la Couture , she honed her craft at Revillon, Frédéric Castet (Dior), Jean Patou, Louis Feraud, and Balenciaga before founding her own Couture Maison , Lefranc-Ferrant, in 2003. 

For several seasons, she walked the runway as a guest model for Couture Haute Couture under the guidance of Alber Elbaz, and collaborated with prestigious French and Asian fashion houses such as Jacques Fath, Ines de la Fressange, Liang Zi, and Boucheron on a jewelry line.

 In 2011, Béatrice was appointed to DEFI, the government agency that administers the clothing tax to promote emerging designers. At her suggestion, a showroom dedicated to them—"Designer Apartment"—was established.

In 2015, she took over as creative director of Rochas Homme and established its signature style, seeking to apply her expertise to the world of men's fashion.

 In 2020, drawing on her experience and mindful of what people were looking for, she launched Uncouture the heart of the Arty Saint-Germain-des-Prés neighborhood, blending sustainability, innovation, and inclusivity with the conviction that every woman is unique and that couture empower women to be themselves.

In 2023, Lady Margarita, Princess Margaret’s granddaughter, was entrusted with the task of organizing Charles III’s coronation.

Béatrice has received numerous awards: Talent of the Year, ELLE’s Designer of the Year, Paris Capital of Creation, and more.
In July 2025, Béatrice was awarded the Medal of Honor by the Mayor of Paris’s 6th arrondissement.
In October 2025, Béatrice was named Chevalier des Arts et Lettres the Ministry of Culture.

Today, Béatrice advises powerful women around the world.
