Processing of identification and location data related to electronic communication

ZONZE4 treats all data and messages created during communication as confidential. Our staff is bound by an obligation of secrecy and a prohibition to use messages or other confidential information. When communication takes place via a network, it always leaves a trace. These network traces are called identification data if they can be connected to a person. Network traces are created, for example, when making phone calls, sending e-mail and SMS messages, and surfing the Internet, and may contain information about the callers, the connection route or routing, the data transfer protocol used, the event, and the terminals used or their location.

ZONZE4 manages the identification and location information of the communication in accordance with the applicable law for the purposes, for example, of the implementation and use of the services, billing and technical development. The data may also be used for the billing of other service providers to the extent necessary.

ZONZE4 can also manage identification data in the event of misuse, data security breaches and fault repair.

In all of the above situations, we process identification and location data only to the extent necessary to accomplish a specific task.

Use of Location Data

An actual location method where another person can track the whereabouts of another person requires the consent of the person to be located. The client may not be located at all if he or she refuses the geolocation services.

If we submit location information to location service providers, we ensure by appropriate means that there is consent from the person to be located.

Persons authorized to manage identification and location data

Only specific persons at ZONZE4 whose work requires access to identification and location data may process this data.

In practice, authorization is only granted to persons performing tasks related to billing, maintenance or development of communication networks or services, prevention and investigation of abuse, customer service and marketing. Persons with the right to manipulate data may only manage the data to the extent required to perform individual tasks.

Duration of processing of identification and location data and data storage

We process identification and location data for as long as necessary for billing, technical development, troubleshooting, marketing, investigation of misuse or data security purposes. However, manipulation only takes place to the extent required by the actions and without unduly compromising the confidentiality of a message and the protection of privacy.

We store the required billing data for at least one year from the due date of the invoice and for a period not exceeding three years from the due date of the invoice, unless it is necessary to retain the data for a longer period related to the collection of the invoice. Otherwise, the data shall be stored to the extent permitted and required by relevant legislation.

Websites, tracking visits

We also collect data about visits to the siteUNCOUTURE. This data includes the IP address and the corresponding DNS name, the organisation that registered the IP address, the name and address of the page visited, the time the page was loaded and the type of browser.

Please note that the IP address is an identification required for the operation of the Internet, used to direct messages sent over the Internet to the appropriate locations. Generally, the IP address is not connected to the person using the computer, but it can be connected to the organization that registered the IP address. The IP address connection can be established at the request of the authorities.

Cookies

Cookies are used, within the framework of the use of the site. When you view our website, the cookie sets a random number for the browser that does not indicate your identity. Cookies help ZONZE4 to determine which sections of its websites are most popular, where visitors go and how long they stay there. The data is used to implement and develop services and to target advertisements on the websites.

You can prevent the cookie from being stored by changing your browser settings. In some cases, prevention may slow down or make it impossible to navigate the pages or the website.

Data security

We ensure the data security of our services using methods that are commensurate with the severity and sophistication of the threats and the cost.

ZONZE4 takes care to carry out actions to prevent data security violations or to eliminate disturbances that affect data security. In addition, we use all means to ensure that the confidentiality of messages or the protection of privacy is not unduly compromised when carrying out the above actions.

We provide information about data security actions of our services and other data security related issues through appropriate channels, such as our website or customer newsletters.

In order to prevent data security breaches and to eliminate data security breaches, we may, among other things, prevent the receipt of e-mails, remove viruses and other malware from messages and take other comparable technical measures. These measures are necessary to the extent permitted. We use physical, administrative and technical protection measures to keep messages and identification data transmitted over the communication network secret. These actions reduce the risk of your data being disclosed to third parties and prevent misuse or other unauthorized access. Some of our services also use standardised encryption methods.

Please note that as a user of ZONZE4 services, you must also use the most appropriate methods to ensure your own data security. We encourage you to store and use our services and your terminals with care and to monitor their use, for example by using secure codes and unique passwords, and to use sufficient anti-virus and firewall services and keep them and the operating system updated.

At Fitle we collect and process data according to our Privacy Policy incorporating Fitle's values: transparency, accessibility, common sense, compliance and practicality. Our privacy policy is part of our general terms of use.

We integrate the privacy and protection of personal data in the design of all our projects (organizational, technical, marketing, commercial etc...). At Fitle, the collection and processing of personal data is appropriate to the purpose of the processing.

We are subcontractors of our client brands and are responsible for the processing of personal data in connection with our offering; whether this processing is for the purpose of fulfilling the commercial contract between us and them or for our internal needs to continuously improve our solutions.

Data collection and use

  • Plug in

In order to provide a size recommendation to the consumer, our algorithm necessarily needs his gender, age, height and weight data , collected thanks to an in-house "events" tracking. This recommendation can be further improved by adding morphology and brand data, which are optional. All this information is stored on our servers, as well as locally in the user's web browser, in order to provide him/her with automatic size recommendations on other products without forcing him/her to fill in the information each time, and thus offer a better user experience. In addition, we generate a tracking ID, which is a random sequence of numbers and letters. This identifier is linked to the web browser and not to the user himself.

Parameters such as language and device are also stored locally in order to offer a plug-in customized to the user's known preferences.

Clicks are also tracked to help us better understand user behavior and provide the best possible user experience.

IP address, browser version, operating system and time stamp are also tracked and are only used for quick troubleshooting.

Aggregate product, ecommerce performance, and morphology/physical characteristics data is then produced in a secure and private dashboard used by Fitle and its customers to improve customer experience, future collections or supply chain. This data is kept for 36 months to generate knowledge within the Fitle product team and also to allow our customers to improve their offer and performance.

A single cookie is still set on our partner brands' ecommerce sites; it includes a copy of the tracking ID of the web browser used by the user. It was used in the old version of our size recommendation plug-in. This cookie is now obsolete; we do not use it anymore and it will disappear completely as soon as our solution is updated for all our customers.

  • Fitle Website

To initiate a collaboration with a prospect and demonstrate our plug in, our form must collect the following information:first name, last name, email address, phone number, company name, URL of the site where Fitle will be integrated, how the contact knew us and**,** optionally, the amount of monthly sales. This is to allow our sales team to qualify each prospect and provide them with the right information.

This information is kept for 36 months to allow our sales team to follow up on its contacts.

How do we ensure anonymity of data?

  • Plug in

Fitle does not collect data that identifies a consumer. To process the data we generate a random tracking ID. This identifier is tied to the browser, not the user.

The purpose is to anonymously detect whether the browser has ever been used for a size recommendation and to link that browser to the correct shopping flow; this is to help us process data on product page visits, size recommendations, products added to cart, orders and returns. For example, if multiple browsers are used by the same user, multiple tracking IDs will be randomly generated and considered as several different potential individuals. Therefore, it is impossible for us to identify anyone, singly or in combination, with this information.

IP addresses, collected by a Sentry tag, are only used to correct malfunctions. They are stored and secured in Sentry.

  • Fitle Website

We do not use the information of our prospects or partners outside of our commercial exchanges with them about our products.

Data sharing

  • Plug in

All requested information is hosted by Amazon Web Services.

Our product team tracks user behavior with Mix Panel, which allows for visualization, data analysis and highlighting of important information.

The data we need to resolve malfunctions is stored in Sentry, a "bug" analysis application.

To learn more about the privacy policies of Amazon Web Services, Mix Panel, and Sentry, please visit their respective websites.

  • Fitle Website

Two cookies are used on our website: Google Analytics and Hotjar.

We use these cookies to understand how our website is used, including which website was visited before ours. Other information such as the number of times a person visits our pages or how a user interacts with elements of the pages helps us optimize our service and user experience. Cookies do not personally identify users. They simply collect information anonymously which is transmitted to and stored by Google Analytics and Hotjar in accordance with their privacy policies.

To learn more about the privacy policies of Google Analytics and Hotjar, we invite you to visit their respective websites.

All information collected through our contact form is securely stored in Pipedrive, our CRM tool.

Consent

  • Plug in

By giving prior consent to use our size recommendation path, users authorize Fitle to collect and process their data to obtain a recommendation and improve its solution.

If users are under 15 years of age, they declare that the consent of their parents/guardians is included.

  • Fitle Website

By validating the information communicated in the contact form to get in touch with the commercial team, the visitors give their consent to Fitle to collect and process their data in order to receive an appropriate commercial proposal.

By continuing to browse our site, users are informed of the presence of cookies in accordance with our cookie policy:

https://fitle.com/fr/cookie-policy

About advertising

None of our data is processed for advertising purposes.

The data collected is used for the sole purpose of:

  • Develop and improve products
  • Scan the characteristics of a device to identify it
  • Create a profile with personalized content
  • Measuring the performance of a content
  • Select a custom content
  • Store and access information (cookies, etc.) on a device.

How does our algorithm use the data to make a size recommendation?

From the physical and morphological information and the brands usually used to dress by each user, our size recommendation tool can deduce his or her measurements, based on thousands of similar profiles in the population. These measurements are then compared with the product measurements.

Users' rights to their data

Since all of our collected data is anonymous, it is impossible for us to link the stored data to anyone.

However, users have full control over their browser storage and can delete their data at any time and be considered new users.

If you have any queries about your data, please contact us at the following address: [email protected].

We undertake to settle within a maximum of 5 working days any request for access, opposition, limitation, rectification, deletion or portability of personal data.
